SMS Disclosure
By opting in to our SMS services, you agree to receive text messages from Leadwell Automation, LLC that may include notifications, marketing offers, account authentication (2FA), reminders, and other service-related communications. Message frequency may vary based on your activity and preferences.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages, of which the frequency may vary. You may receive messages related to notifications, marketing offers, account authentication (2FA), reminders, and other service-related communications and marketing offers depending on your account activity and settings. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Opt-Out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from the number(s) +1 706-707-7404, +1 706-471-3536, thatyou receive. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Message Delivery Disclaimer
Leadwell Automation, LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free message delivery. SMS/MMS delivery may be delayed or fail due to factors outside our control, including carrier/network issues, device limitations, or service outages.
User Responsibilities
By using our messaging services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the service to transmit content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, deceptive, or otherwise harmful.
Legal Compliance
You agree that all messaging and related services must be used in compliance with applicable laws governing privacy, telecommunications, marketing communications, and consumer protection.
Subscription Plans and Billing
Leadwell System Essentials + | $297/mo
Advance Payment & Auto-Renewal
All subscription fees are billed in advance for the upcoming service period and automatically renew unless canceled. Payment is processed by credit/debit card through our secure Stripe payment processor.
Usage-Based Charges (Rebillable Costs)
In addition to subscription fees, clients may incur usage-based charges for items such as phone numbers, SMS/MMS messaging, voice minutes, and number intelligence services. Current rates include:

Wallet Balance and Auto Top-Up
Clients maintain a digital wallet balance to cover usage-based (rebillable) charges. When wallet funds run low, the account will be automatically billed according to the client’s selected auto top-up preference.
No Refund Policy
All payments made to Leadwell Automation, LLC are final and non-refundable, including subscription charges and usage-based fees. You acknowledge that our services are initiated promptly and may involve custom configuration and delivery steps that are not reversible once work begins.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for services rendered. Filing a chargeback in violation of these Terms may result in service suspension and additional recovery actions.
If a chargeback is filed fraudulently or without valid basis, Leadwell Automation, LLC reserves the right to pursue recovery of the amount owed, including any associated collection, administrative, or legal fees, and to submit evidence of your acceptance, usage, and delivery records in response to disputes.
Cancellation Terms
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect on the next billing cycle, and no additional charges will be made after that point.
If you are on a prepaid term, early cancellation does not result in a refund for any unused portion of that prepaid period.
Service Delivery and Fulfillment
Services are considered delivered and fulfilled once:
- The client’s website has been completed and provided, and
- Platform access and automation setup have been finalized.
- Onboarding support and login assistance may be provided as a courtesy but are not required for fulfillment.
Trials and Promotions
From time to time, Leadwell Automation, LLC may offer trials or promotional discounts. During trials, limited setup may occur for intake or preparation purposes. Full service delivery begins when billing starts. Discounts do not alter or waive any other provision of these Terms.
Payment Failures and Service Suspension
If a payment attempt fails, we may retry payment up to 4 times over a 3-week period. If the balance remains unpaid within 48 hours of the first failed attempt, your account and platform access may be suspended until the outstanding balance is paid.
Agreement and Acceptance
By purchasing services from Leadwell Automation, LLC or selecting an agreement checkbox at checkout, you confirm that:
- You have read and understand these Terms,
- You agree to the No Refund policy, and
- You waive the right to initiate chargebacks for services rendered.
Updates to These Terms
Leadwell Automation, LLC may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or communicated directly when feasible. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
